At NB AUTO SALES we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their vehicle purchase. Because purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, we encourage every customer to thoroughly inspect and test-drive a vehicle and ask any questions before completing a purchase.
1. Vehicle Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in a written agreement signed by the dealership, all vehicle sales are final once the purchase documents have been completed and the vehicle has been delivered to the customer.
We do not offer a general return or "cooling-off" period for vehicle purchases.
Simply changing your mind, finding another vehicle, or deciding that the vehicle no longer meets your needs does not create a right to return the vehicle or receive a refund.
2. Used Vehicle Condition
All vehicles sold by NB AUTO SALES are pre-owned vehicles and may have normal wear and tear consistent with their age, mileage, prior use, and condition.

Once the transaction has been completed, a trade-in may not be returned simply because the customer later decides they no longer want the purchased vehicle, except where required by applicable law or agreed to in writing by the dealership.
7. Manufacturer Recalls
If a vehicle is subject to an open safety recall, customers may contact the applicable manufacturer or authorized service center regarding recall repairs.
Recall availability and repair procedures are determined by the manufacturer and are separate from this Return & Refund Policy.
